This nifty bell is part of a large collection of figural bells my client collected while she lived in England during the 1970's.
"CYMRU" is the modern name for the Welsh themselves. This bell is completely intact. The clapper is tightly secured, and it rings clearly. I have not polished it because some people like the old patina look. These are close up photos, please check the measurements below.
