£30 for testing is non-refundable, this price will cover the checking fees and the return postage for (UK MAINLAND ONLY) in case if you decide not to accept the quotation for repair. In case you do accept the quotation, the amount you have paid will be deducted from the final price.
This Service is suitable for you if you have any of the symptoms listed below.
Possible symptoms:
-Key is not detected and as a result car does not start.
-Key is not recognised when it's cold.
-No instrument cluster illumination while key is inserted.
-No communication.
-Key is NOT turning or Key is turning but car does not start.
Most of the symptoms listed above can be caused by a defective key. So if you have a spare key please check if it has the same symptoms.
