From the heyday of Costacos Brothers' theme posters, this one is titled "Boston Dee Party", and places Dee in his Reebok pump shoes at a Celtics-themed kids' birthday party (one of the kids in the background is imitating Dee's dunk with his eyes buried in his elbow).
