A gorgeous 5.5x4.25" card for a wedding, anniversary or engagement. Features a geometric water colored, paper-pieced handmade decorative strip. Above this are stamped, embossed and colored flowers. This whole panel has been set on the silver foil embossed base card with foam tape for dimension.  The white heat embossed words on the tag, read "Congratulations". Below this is a metal joined hearts embellishment. Sequins complete this lovely card.  The base card is embossed silver foil and comes with a white envelope in a cello bag.
