Extremely rare folding map of Connecticut, Including Eastern New York, and New Jersey, published in 1852 by Roderick Nevers. Map includes Long Island, Long Island Sound, the Atlantic Ocean, Hudson River, and part of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This map shows roads, rail roads, cities, towns, lakes, and the populations of major areas. Excellent condition - coloring, lines and text are all intact.

Condition: Very good condition, one 1.5'' tear in upper left hand corner. (Refer to photo). This folding pocket map is in excellent condition, outside booklet is in very good condition with no ripping or tearing of the fabric. Map itself is in great condition with colors still intact and only one small tear in upper left corner. Slight folding on outer edges of right margin of map.
