Measures 5" x 7".   Scott is 3rd all-time in consecutive games played behind only Cal Ripken Jr. and Lou Gehrig. 

Photo has bottom left corner clipped and some chipping at the middle top and top right.  Some horizontal creasing on the upper right side and proceeding to the top back side of Scott's cap.
