Description on rear: "The Memorial Museum perpetuates the memory of the San Francisco Midwinter Exposition of 1894, held in Golden Gate Park. In this Spanish Renaissance structure, 1400 feet long are housed many of the art treasures of the Midwinter Fair. In all there are a million exhibits in the big museum, which is free to the public. The de Young Museum enjoys on of the largest attendances of any museum in the country." (see scan of rear provided)
