HO-LEAF
Ho Leaf very pleasant sweet floral-woody oil is reminiscent of linalool. Ho Leaf differs slightly from Ho Wood, in that it does not have the camphorous undertones that exist in Ho Wood, giving it a smoother aroma. Generally, aromatherapist prefer Ho Leaf for massage purpose. I generally prefer the aroma of Ho Wood, especially for diffusing.
Ho Leaf is growing in popularity in the perfume industry as a natural supply of linalool. Ho Leaf is a good skin conditioner and can be used to help with acne, dry skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin. In Aromatherapy, Ho Leaf is used to assist with problems such as anxiety, stress, depression and low libido.
It is an effective antiviral and a safe nerve tonic, decongestant and safe for children.
Also known as Chinese Rosewood, it has very similar properties as Rosewood and can be a replacement.
