The matchbook for your consideration is a full (25 matches—less 1 match) white matchbook with some of the lettering in blue embossed or raised lettering.  On the front of the matchbook is the blue embossed logo for the bank, OPtSB.  Notice the clever way the letters were placed to create the logo.   On the end of the matchbook in white print is “TEL 312/383-1000/626-9400.  On the back cover of the matchbook is the bank’s logo done in white lettering on a navy blue oval background.  Beneath the logo are the embossed words, “OAK PARK TRUST & SAVINGS BANK, LAKE, MARION AND ONTARO STS., OK PARK, ILL. 60301.  Notice the older abbreviation for Illinois.  On the inside cover of the matchbook are the words, “SAVINGS, CHECKING, BUSINESS LOANS, TRUST SERVICES, SAFE DEPOSIT FACILITIES”.     The matchbook measures 1 7/8 x 2 inches (4.8 x 5.1 centimeters).   There is sight scuffing along the striking area.
