DermaSilk® Knitted Silk Tubular Sleeves provide a stable moisture balance and helping stop dry skin, itching and scratching. These sleeves can be used to cover either your elbows or your knees. They come in two sizes and are made of 98% DermaSilk plus 2% lycra. Although the sleeves contain 2% lycra the individual lycra fibres are spun with a double helix of DermaSilk® threads around them. This means that

when the lycra stretches, it remains fully encased in DermaSilk® and out of contact with the skin.
