Masterfully roasted by our team to a deep, shimmering Dark Roast, these 100% Arabica beans allow the natural oils to rise beautifully. This caramelizes the inherent sugars to completely eliminate any sharp or sour notes.
In this incredible region, a perfect mix of volcanic soil and traditional farming has been preserved by the indigenous Mixteco and Zapotec people, who have carefully cultivated coffee here for over 200 years.
