The skirt of the dress is in two pieces with an inverted pleat at the front and attached 

at the natural waistline. View A has caped sleeves with scarf ties which trim the 

front neckline and a wide belt. 

View B has long sleeves trimmed at the wrist, a collar and jabot and wide belt.

A very easy dress to make

There are no fabric suggestions but maybe a Linen, 

cotton/linen, chambray etc would work well.

To fit Bust 32 ins. Waist 27 ins.
