Aji Charapita Chilli - The Most Expensive Chilli Pepper in the world! - 10 Seeds
The most expensive chilli pepper in the world! It used to grow wild in the jungle of Peru. The plant produces hundreds of hot, small round Tepin-like peppers. The pods are hot and has a nice tropical touch to salsas and sauces. An extremely rare find originating from the north Peruvian jungle. Aji Charapita peppers sell for US$25,000 per kilo to Lima's best chefs, and are nearly impossible to find outside of Peru until it started growing commercially all over the world.
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
For Chilli, Eggplant (similar small seeds)
Fill the pot with seed raising mix. Make a small hole in the middle and sow the seed between 8 to 10mm deep. Cover the hole with some soil and spray water gently. Please make sure to keep it moist and always provide them between 22 to 24 degrees of constant heat. For best germination success, please use a heat mat under the pot. Buy a heat mat from eBay and it won't cost you much and will last for a few years. Seeds germinate between 2 to 5 weeks’ time depending on the variety you are growing.
For Gourd, Bean, Melon (similar large seeds)
