LP and cover are both in very good or better condition. The LP has some slight marks but nothing that seems to effect play. Also the bottom of the cover is sliced. 

Note, I personally always hesitate to use the near mint grade. As there are sometimes multiple releases with differing matrix numbers, etchings, etc if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Additional shipping info : When practical I offer free shipping, when not practical I discount it. I make every effort to ship in one business day but due to conflict between my new job (nights, weekends) and post office hours recently it has been taking a day or two.
