This type of patch that was worn on the shoulder of employees uniforms to designate a certain number of years of safe driving.

This is the HARTLines " Hillsborough Area Regional Transit" Bus Company patch.

This is a gauze embroidered patch.

Looks like this is from the 1970s as it is a cheese cloth/ gauze style patch.

Almost 4" across and 2.75" high and near mint/ Mint condition, and never applied, may have very minor marks if any, nothing stands out, but 40+ years old and never were perfect from the factory. 

These are for collectors and grab a few and put together a neat vintage jacket.
