Upper layer is chiffon black with gold Embroideries and rhinestones.

Upper layer is see through tulle that is fully sequined with an exquisite gold and black design ( my mannequin is black so I had to put a nude Tshirt under to show the detail on the tulle ) This takchita is the one in the stock photo and looks like that as worn by the model.
