CONDITION
In a uniform straight grain morocco binding, with gilt-stamped design to the boards and spine. Externally very smart, with slight rubbing to extremities and head and tail of spines. Slight fading to spine, as expected with this colour binding. The occasional small section of rubbing to joints, and the occasional small mark to the odd volume. Rubbing and slight loss to raised bands of spine to the occasional volume. Dark mark to rear board, volume XIII and front board volume XXIII. Slight offsetting to endpapers. Internally firmly bound. Pages slightly age toned to extremities but bright and clean, with the odd spot to the occasional page. Faint scattered spots to endpapers. Bookseller and binders label tipped to rear pastedowns.
