Fitting
You will need to purchase M10 rods to fix the balcony which are available at most builder’s merchants. The round stand-off brackets we supply with the balcony screw directly onto the M10 rods. M10 rods and 2-part resin will be required if fixing into brick/concrete or M10 rods, nut and washer secured internally if fixing into wood. It is solely your responsibility to provide accurate dimensions, sizes cannot be changed or refunded once manufacturing commences. We can provide simulated loading calculations for the glass. All fixings are supplied with standard 10mm back spacers which allow the glass to be off set from the wall/timber post by 10mm. Bigger back spacers can be purchased at additional cost.

All our glass items are delivered using specialist glazing vehicles. To offer best rates on our products drivers arrive alone and labour would need to be available on site to off load from the vehicle.
We recommend having glass suckers on site for heavy items to support off loading and installation. We would need a mobile number before booking delivery.
A message would be sent to the mobile number provided with a delivery date and time slot within a few working days of placing the order.
All glass items are delivered unpackaged safely secured on a glazing vehicle, this allows customers to inspect all items before accepting delivery.
In the past we use to package items but weeks down the line if items were damaged on site there was no way of establishing if the customer caused the damaged or whether it was in transit.
Since implementing this delivery process our deliveries are much more efficient.
Please note all glass items are made to order and orders cannot be changed or refunded once manufacturing commences unless a faulty item is delivered.
