This vintage original Hermann bear is the original Hermann Old Heidelberg Mohair Bear 1996 bear. This bear was a part of my beloved late grandmother's large personal collection. The bear is 11 inches tall seated and fifteen inches standing. It is German made, as all Herman products are. It is made of mohair. It comes with the original box, the certificate of authenticity, paperwork etc. It is dressed in the style of a Heidelberg-Student with an original "Bierzipfel", made of silver. It was made in 1996, as the 800th anniversary of Heidelberg. This bear was a highly limited edition. This bear is #385 of #2000. It is very rare. This bear has not been displayed ever and it is mint condition. 

The prices that the Hermann bears are listed for are approximately the retail prices that she paid for each bear not including tax and shipping and handling when she bought each bear as they were released back in the 1990s. Hermann bears were very expensive bears. She typically paid $100 or more for the smaller Hermann bears, and close to $200 or more for the larger Hermann bears.

I consider these fair prices because these are vintage premium collector bears that were released decades ago, and because they were are all unused, and were all preciously kept in storage in a safe climate controlled environment in a lovingly cared for collection. 

All of the Fenton pieces, dolls, bears, ornaments, and other non-movie related collectables that I have for sale were from my grandma's large collection that she collected for over 25 years. Most items from her collection were never displayed, and spent years in storage because so many collectables that she did not have the space to use or display most of them. 

This item has no odors, this item along with every item that I am selling come from a smoke free home.

Hermann bear original boxes are heavily fragile and will be packed very carefully so the box is not damaged in transit. 

I pack all packages with extreme care, and I am very reliable. 

I charge a flat rate for bears/dolls because most because most bears/dolls that I am selling are large and come in their original boxes. So the bear/doll must ship in the original box inside another box. I pack bears/dolls in bubblewrap inside the original box if the original box is included in the sale, and I wrap bubblewrap outside the original box as well.
