The shape is instantly recognizable as Canterbury by Duncan Miller. It's not very often the applied gold Queen's Rose floral pattern appears online. I believe Silver City did the application, of course on a Duncan blank. The best part is it's in perfect condition free from chips, nicks and ticks. The gold is in wonderful condition as well. Quite a marvel for such an old bowl!
