This listing is for 5 Yoshitoku Samurai dolls dressed in ceremonial kimono attire. Yoshitoku, a luxury Japanese doll maker, once known as doll maker to the emperor, has been in business since 1711, the Edo era. The flagship store is in Asakusabashi, Tokyo.  The face and hands of dolls seems to be made of porcelain, but I'm not sure about it.  Each figure has a different facial expression, their hands are made in unique position as well, kimonos are designed in minute detail and exquisite material.  These dolls are designed with the serious collector in mind.   Size varies from tallest (5 1/2" high x 5" wide x 2" deep) to smallest (4" high x 7 1/2" x 3 1/2" deep)
