Orders made before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. We are based in the United Kingdom and orders take to 5-7 working days to arrive, sometimes slightly longer if Customs are slow or particularly busy.

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days from the date you received it. We will refund you the total price of the order (including the postage you paid) but you are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel to us unless the item received is damaged or not as described in which case we will happily refund you the return postage cost.
