Description: The Adventurous Roads tells of Hakan Morne's travel across South America. Morne, originally from Finland, was a Swedish journalist and author. He was a frequent traveler and found in his travels reasons for his books. In his travel writing, he portrayed everyday life, rather than the famous tourist destinations in the countries he visited. Written entirely in Swedish.

Condition: This vintage book is in good to very good condition. It is evident this was a cherished book and well cared for. The hardcover with leather spine has some wear on the outside edges/corners (see pictures), but the gilt is still bright. The inside pages are in very good condition with no writing, highlighting, bent corners, tearing or creases. No pages are loose or missing. The end pages and page edges are marbled (see pictures). The vintage binding is tight. Note: the pages have tanned slightly due to aging (see pictures), and there is a name plate on the front end page.
