DAMAGE / RETURN NOTE: This is a NEW, unopened, unused DVD. If upon arrival you notice damage to the shipping package and/or to the DVD case, please DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC SHRINK WRAP OR OPEN THE DISC CASE; instead contact me immediately for the next step. I generally only have single copies of any particular movie, so it will be rare when an exchange is possible. But I will refund when a damaged movie is returned unopened. Once opened, all DVD's and BD's are considered viewed and are not returnable - the same as it would be in any store that sells new DVD's, BD's and CD's. For a return, damaged or not, the DVD package (movie wrap) must not be removed or opened. All original shrink wrap and seals must remain intact. If you meet this criteria you may begin an eBay return case and follow the instructions that the eBay return process provides; be sure to include the RMA I will also provide to you on the return package. See my return directions in the RETURNS section (near the shipping details).

Depending on holiday mail loads, most of my customers state they receive their items sooner than expected, even when not shipped Priority.

FEEDBACK:
The eBay Feedback System is a very good rating method, used to inform eBay members about the listing, buying, selling and communication skills of other members, and should be utilized after sufficient contact and communication has been established, or at least attempted, regarding an eBay transaction. Rating options are Positive, Negative and Neutral, including a short comment section in which to detail why the particular rating was selected. Buyers and Sellers alike are encouraged to leave Feedback to help inform the eBay community of each member's strengths and weaknesses. Feedback is NOT an avenue for Buyer / Seller contact or communication, and to be fair to Sellers, negative feedback should be left only after communication and resolution attempts about a problem have failed. Feedback should never be the only action taken by a buyer with a seller problem. Try to take time to resolve the problem with your Seller. The Feedback procedure has an option available to leave feedback at a later date. This delay option may be very helpful while a buyer tries to resolve their concerns through communication with the seller. eBay customer support can sometimes be helpful to aid communication so as to ensure positive feedback for all involved.
RETURNS, RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) & REFUNDS:
Most of the items I sell are returnable - please read each listing for a notice when it is a non-returnable item. You can contact me with any questions - I always answer questions and messages.
If I send you the wrong item, please follow my return instructions to receive a label to return the item entirely at my cost. Please notify me within 3 days of receiving an item that is either not as described or simply is the wrong item. The sooner I know of a problem, the sooner I can make it right.
Please use the eBay message system ONLY for communication about an eBay item or purchase, since it is the only communication method that will ensure your eBay Buyer's Protection should a problem arise. Please reserve Feedback comments for your final opinion of the Seller?s service.
Correctly sent items may be returned, but no later than 30 days after receipt, provided the item is returned in the exact, same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Please read my "Return Details" section for return requirements and how to correctly do an eBay return.
All returns must include the provided "RMA" number on the package address label and inside the package, with the item return document.
For all correctly shipped items, the Buyer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs, plus 20% restocking fee. Under certain circumstances, the restocking fee may be waived.
Any postage paid for shipping an item (FREE to a Buyer) will have that cost deducted from the refund total whenever a correctly shipped item is returned. FREE Shipping is only Free for Buyers who keep the item. Free Shipping is not a method to examine or preview an item.

I ship within 1 business day of receiving your paid order, and often on the same day. No shipping is conducted on US holidays or Sundays. Expect shipping delays during holiday seasons. While I will ship your item within my stated ship/handling time, please consider postal delays during holiday seasons (out of my control) when you purchase an item during a holiday season. While I will always help you track a lost package and insure your purchase during shipment, all postal issues/delays are beyond my control.
I ship only to the address on file for your account.
For combined shipping, BEFORE you make payment, please send an eBay message to request a revised, combined shipping total. I cannot combine shipping costs after you submit your payment.
RECYCLING:
I carefully and securely package all items and often recycle shipping materials. I care about our planet and want to do my part by recycling as much as is reasonable for me. It is quite possible your item could arrive utilizing suitable, previously used, shipping and/or packing material. Thank you for recycling.
