Hi, Thanks for Looking.  This is a vintage Ribbon and Medal Award that is marked Ohio Music Education Assn. Ensemble Award.  It has a red ribbon and measures app. 2 1/2" long.  It is made by the Dieges & Clust in New York.  They show age wear.  See Pictures.
