This 70% cocoa samoan block embraces the unique dark, sweet cocoa of our pacific friends. We batch roast it and craft it to bring out the wonderfully well balanced, delicate flavour and creamy finish. We like to make good, honest chocolate, so we set up a whittaker's cocoa improvement programme in samoa to help the local community supply cocoa for this block.
