Our Personalised Hoops make the perfect Bedroom/Home decor or a fabulous backdrop piece for your party or event!
Hoops are Custom made to order, to suit any occasion!
Hoops are made from 6mm MDF
The MDF material is a Raw wood (unpainted) ready to use or decorate.
We do not paint our products we only design, cut and supply.
The advertised price includes all wording that will fit within the ring/hoop.
This listing is for our 'Elegant Script Font 4' font style, please be sure to view the image of the complete alphabet for this font style to ensure you are happy with the lettering you commit to purchase.
The Hoops are not sold with any adhesives, hanging or fixing hardware.
ORDERING
Please ensure you purchase the correct size (alternative sizes are available in our eBay store)
During check out there is an option to
'leave seller a message',
here you can input the lettering required and any other details required. Please ensure all spelling and grammar is correct, the information provided is case sensitive and all text will be copied and pasted into our software ready for designing and cutting.
Once your order has been received a draft design will be sent via eBay message with 48 hours (business days)
Please ensure you check your eBay messages to avoid delays.
TIME FRAME
As soon as the draft design is approved, the production time frame is 7 business days for all standard orders.
Then please allow further time for postage,
All products are posted via Registered Post and tracking is provided.
We can push through urgent orders but do require contact prior to purchase.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Due to the custom nature of our products once an order has been placed and enters production we are unable to cancel, amend or refund the order. Please ensure you read through the product descriptions clearly before you order.
Please understand that we pride ourselves on creating beautiful products for our clients and ensure that they are packaged delicately and securely in the correct format to avoid any damage during transit.
If by chance you receive a damaged item in the post you must contact Hello Bow Designs within 24 hours, this time frame is allocated by our transit provider for report and review damaged parcels, in the hope of a positive outcome for our clients, you will be asked to keep the original packaging and provide the required information regarding the damaged goods, unfortunately once the 24 hour period has expired we are unable to assist with resolving the matter.
Online Hoops are available in 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, 80cm and 100cm widths.
