Book is in poor condition with water damage. No markings inside or out noticed. Pages have some waviness to them. Pictures and text still completely decernible. I tried to get pictures of the worst of the damage to the book.

Some of my items come from auctions, garage sales or estate sales. I do not smoke in my home, but there may be items that come from a smokers home. If I notice the smell, I will mention that in my listing. If it's not mentioned that doesn't mean it is for sure from a smoke free home, I just couldn't smell it. I do have dogs and outdoor cats. I keep them separate from the merchandise being sold. There may possibly be a stray hair I might not see. If you have allergies please be advised of this before purchasing.
