We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGES on items that are an error on the buyers part such as wrong size or wrong color purchased. The buyer MUST pay to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will check it over to make sure that we have received it in a new/unused condition. We will then make a custom order for the buyer to purchase the shipping to have the new item shipped back to them. Should the buyer decide that they don't want it, they will be changed a restocking fee for item(s). A fee of 20% will come out of the refund they receive.
In the event that you receive your shirt in a damaged condition due to poor handling by the postal service, please contact us immediately. We do require that a photo of the shirt and package be sent to us so that we can verify the damage. We will then replace the shirt free of charge. Your replacement shirt will be exactly what you originally ordered. Request for size or color change will be denied. We may ask that the item be returned to us at no cost to you so that we can file a claim with the post office.
If an error is found to be our fault, please contact us immediately so that we can get the problem fixed. We will pay to have the item shipped back to us and pay to have the correct item shipped to you.
