These are Adidas Brand Murune color ATM Shorts. There are two styles, regular shorts and tall shorts.  

The tall shorts are 25 inches long and the regular shorts are 23 inches long.  

There is only one size, 3XL. The waist band measures 48 inches around and is stretchy.  

These shorts came from Texas A&M University Athletics Department.
