ELEGANT RETIRED FIGURINE "BABIE" HN 1679 by ROYAL DOULTON
We are proud to present to you another exceptional piece by Royal Doulton!!! Her name is "Babie" and she is wearing a light green and pink gown with a purple sash at her waist. She wears a purple bonnet on her head with a burgundy sash and she holds a burgundy and purple umbrella. This lovely bone china figurine is made in England and is in excellent preowned condition. We took plenty of photos so please make sure you view them carefully. This piece comes without a box. This lovely figurine is approximately 4.75"H x 3.0"W x 3.0"L and clearly stamped with the Royal Doulton trademark(Please see photos 6 & 7). The artist's initials "R.J." are on the bottom of this great piece. Please see the photo which clearly shows the details. This great piece was issued in 1935 and retired in 1992. The Designer of this enchanting piece is Leslie Harradine. We fell in love with this charming moment in time captured by Royal Doulton. This would make a great gift for your favorite collector or a gift for yourself!!!
