✅ Returns Accepted
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping. If an eBay label is used, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Restocking Fee: 20% restocking and handling fee applies to eligible returns (see below).

🔧 Restocking & Handling Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to:
- Buyer remorse (e.g., “Ordered wrong part” or “Changed mind”)
- Unused, uninstalled items returned in original condition and packaging
This fee helps cover labor, inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling.
No restocking fee will be charged if:
- The item arrived damaged
- We shipped the wrong part
- The item is defective (unless it is an electrical part that was installed — see next section)

- We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS within the USA.
- All international orders are
shipped through eBay International Shipping (EIS).

⚡ Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts cannot be returned once installed
- Items marked “Final Sale” in the listing are not eligible for return
- Used, damaged, or altered items are not accepted
📦 Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If an eBay return label was used, its cost will be deducted from the refund
