Delivery

Prince & Princess Petwear aim to dispatch items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), although processing may take longer for personalised items or during busy periods.

UK 1st Class 1-2 days,  UK 2nd Class & Economy 2-3 days, UK Economy Courier 3-5 days,  INTERNATIONAL (3-7 days)

Returns & Exchanges

Prince & Princess Petwear offer 30-day, no-questions asked exchange and returns. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply open a return and send the item back to us, unused and in its original packaging. If we've made a mistake we'll pay your return costs.

Ethics & Environment

We recycle packaging where possible to save on costs and the environment. We are continuing to work with all our suppliers to reduce plastic wrapping and find more sustainable methods of protecting products during transit. All our main suppliers are SMETA or BSCI audited.
