A combination square used for carpentry, stonemasonry, and metalworking.  It is composed of a ruler, and interchangeable heads that can be affixed to it.

The combination square consists of the ruler, 45° holder, 180° protractor, spirit level, scribe, and centre square.

This combination square can be used for measuring angles, determining flatness, measuring the centre of a bar or a dowel.  The protractor head allows angles to be set and measured between the base and the ruler.  By moving and setting the head it can be used to measure depth.
