Rare 14mm inner opening size vintage watch band buckle in stainless steel in a style that will work on many types of watches and bands. These go on the 16mm lug end Swiss Tropic vintage dive bands and other similar straps. This is a New Old Stock 1960s/70s original 14mm opening stainless steel buckle. Mint condition (the sample has some fingerprints on it in photo). Signed with INOX on back. Has the distinct square shape and notch to hold the tang. Top to bottom clearance through the buckle is 8.9mm so this will work with flat, unpadded or lightly padded style straps, not thick bands. This buckle's opening size (where it attaches to the watch band) is 14mm wide, so will fit straps that have a 14mm wide buckle end. Often these are rubber or leather straps with 14mm 15mm 16mm 18mm 19mm or 20mm wide ends where they connect to the watch.
