You are buying a reproduction WW2 German Helmet shell National Colours water transfer decal, that can also be used be used as a 'face down' transfer and applied like many
originals with lacquer. So you have two options when applying it.
After years of research and sourcing we can now bring you probably the best and most original decals available on the market today.
We are probably limiting our market by telling you that this water transfer decal has been made for M35 & M40 ET (Eisenhuttenwerke Thale)
and EF (Emaillierwerke A. G. Fulda), helmets, although you can of course use them on other manufacturers helmets as they are very close to the same pattern. These are made on 1950's screen printers just like the originals, so it means there are no horrible digital edges and employ the same techinques as used in WW2. These are not cheap laser printed decals!
This water transfer decal is extremely strong when properly applied to the M35 or M40 helmet but we recognise that many also want to use lacquer glue to apply
their decals and this water transfer decal is ideal for this. This decal is ideal for reenactors or helmet restorers as it can be aged using various techniques quite easily. You can also heat them (on the helmet shell), in the oven over 130 degrees centigrade - try that with a plastic one!
Full details on how to use the decal either as a water transfer or 'face up' decal will be emailed to the buyer.
Like all of our items 100% money back on the water transfer decal, if returned and in this case prior to it being used of course!
