Adjustable LOCK JIG -HPL

This Adjustable Lock Jig is made of 12mm HPL with a life time guarantee, never to warp .  All our routing jigs are manufactured on the high tolerance CNC machines with the latest CAD/CAM software.

The design of this lock jig is unique compared to others currently on the market:

• Contains two templates to control the width of the lock (16mm and 19mm)
• Contains two templates to control the width of the face plate (25.4mm and 22.5mm) 
• The length of the lock jig aperture can be adjusted from 0 to 208mm using adjustable length plates made of durable aluminium
• Two fixing plates made of durable aluminium are used to secure the jig on the door
• The jig has engraved markings that aid for a quick and easy setting up
• The 4 interchangeable templates have keyhole slots for quick and easy template changing.

Additional equipment required to use with this jig:

• 12.7mm diameter straight cutter
• Two clamps to secure jig to door
• 16mm Guide Bush
  

  All jigs come boxed and supplied with  an instructions manual.

Notification, giving details, of short delivery or damage must be made to DTS within 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

Notification must be made within 7 days of the invoice if goods have not been delivered in time.  Notification must be confirmed in writing, quoting the invoice/delivery note number. 

No claims will be entertained by DTS unless these conditions are adhered to.

Returns are accepted if goods are unused. This can be organised by us but at buyers’ additional cost.
