These computers are used so they do show some wear. The wear can include some scratches and blemishes on the plastic casing and the LCD. There may be some chipping around the keyboard bezel (very common for this model). None of the cosmetic issues effect the functionality of the computer. 

While the battery does hold a charge, its life and condition can not be guaranteed.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. After 30 days returns will not be accepted for any reason. There is a 15% restocking fee. If for some reason the unit is DOA the restocking fee will be waved.   Serial numbers are recorded for buyer and seller protection.
