Photo has great detail and clarity.  Appears to have been trimmed across the top.  There are some pinholes in the white border areas and also a few pinholes above Stagg's head.  

This would be Stagg's 33rd season coaching the Maroons.  They would go on to win the Big Ten Championship in 1924.
