Shipping Information

All items have a shipping and processing timeframe in the listings, so please read this section to get an idea of how long your products will take to reach you.

All products are shipped with tracking and insurance, so in the event of loss or damage, your purchase is totally covered (simply e-mail us through eBay messages to let us know the item has arrived damaged or has not arrived)

We will notify you by e-mail when the item has been shipped, so there is no need to contact us.

If an item does not arrive within 7 days of receiving the despatch e-mail (please allow up to 14 days if buying from Europe or the Rest of The World) then feel free to contact us through eBay messages so we can assist you with this.

Returns Policy

30 Days Returns Guarantee If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately. For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving them.
