Warranty Claims:
-Only items have warranty statement posted on the product detail pages can be eligible for warranty claims.
-we will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given.
-Buyer is responsible for covering shipping postages to and from us.
-Repair kits have no warrantee, GREAT CARE has been taken when selecting best quality parts and packing the kits,
claim of missing parts in the kits will NOT be accepted.
-Professional installation is highly recommended. Any damage resulted from incorrect installation,
improper use or lack of maintenance or accident will not be covered by the warranty.
-The warranty will be void as Turbocharger or component are used in extreme condition like competition sports or record breaking attempts.
-Turbocharger or component will have no warranty when it is damaged by ingestion of foreign matter.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship all orders same day. All orders after that will most likely ship the following business days. We do not ship during national Holidays.
International shipping is provided. If you need specific service, please don't hesitate to message us!
Cancellation:
All orders MUST be cancelled within 1 Hour (60 Minutes) after being placed. We process orders fast and pack them even faster.
If your order is already packed and loaded for shipping, a shipping return charge will be applied and varies by the carrier and item size/weight.
Returns:
We will gladly accept any returns within 14 days of delivery to you. All returns for non-defective items will be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse as well.
