RETURN POLICY
• We are committed to provide you with an excellent service. We are interested in your feedback and any suggestions you may have that would improve our site. For all comments and questions, please contact us through ebay ask seller question.
• If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA # will not be processed or not handled properly. 
• Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition will be refused.
• For all other returns, If any item was offered with Free Shipping, the standard shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of the original charge for all items returned that qualified for "Free Shipping" in the first place.
• Refusing delivery is not acceptable & will be treated as an unauthorized return and you will be charged double the shipping cost + 5% restocking fees. 
• Shipping & handling charges are non refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
• Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
• Combine shipping. An invoice will be sent  for multiple items.
• We do not ship to  APO / FPO address.
• International Shipping: Please note, orders shipped via USPS 1st class mail may take between 12 to 45 business days to be delivered. Filing a claim for non delivery must be done after this time.

• International Buyers– Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
