USA: All items are shipped from Los Angeles . We do our best to ship same or next day. All items under 13 oz are shipped First Class. Once it leaves our store, step by step tracking is not available for First Class. USPS provides a # that will let you know we shipped it, and will let us know when it was delivered to you. All items with a combine weight over 13 oz will ship Priority mail.
