COMBINED SHIPPING
We offer a combined shipping discount on eBay when multiple items are paid together in the same transaction. We do not offer manual combined shipping discounts after checkout is completed. Any available shipping discounts or promotional offers are automatically calculated by eBay at the time of purchase. We are unable to adjust or refund shipping charges once payment has been made. To have multiple items shipped in the same package, you must add all items to your cart first and complete checkout in one single transaction. Orders placed separately (even minutes apart) are processed separately and may ship separately.
SHIPPING DETAILS
INTEGY ships to all 50 States within the U.S. and eBay Global International service handles all oversea destinations. Domestic orders ship from California, U.S.A. International orders are first shipped to the eBay processing center in the USA and then sent to your country with a different tracking number provided by eBay. All orders submitted by 7:00 AM (PST) between Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) should ship out within 72 hours. We do not ship any orders on weekends; all orders submitted on Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). Thank you!
ORDER ACCURACY
Please review the items you are purchasing, quantities placed, and shipping address for accuracy. Orders can be cancelled for a small amount of time using the function in the eBay “Purchase History” section of your account. However, for security and anti-fraud purposes, ONCE AN EBAY PURCHASE IS PROCESSING IT CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED. If you purchased an item by mistake, you have 30 days to return the items per our 30-day Return Policy.
AVAILABLE STOCK
In rare cases, we may run out of an item while your purchase is processing. This could prevent the fulfillment of your item or items, and in these rare cases we will notify the customer for alternate solutions or provide the customer with a full refund for the unshipped items.
CONTACT US FIRST FOR RETURNS
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! Filing a case with PayPal or a “not as described” claim will limit customer options due to eBay’s internal automations and policies. INTEGY offers a simple 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY for all brand new, unopened/unused items. All returns will receive a full refund for the price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
ANODIZED COLOR NOTE
Colors shown in product photos are as close to possible to the actual item; color matching between parts is not guaranteed. Please refer to the product photos to see the exact shade of color that will be shipped. We try to show the actual color of the parts in our product photos, but accuracy may vary dependent on device, monitor settings, etc. We do not guarantee that the color of our parts will be an exact match with other INTEGY products and/or OEM manufacturer's product colors.
30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
INTEGY offers a 30-day Limited Warranty Policy to the original purchaser for the repair or replacement of Integy-branded products due to DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND/OR WORKMANSHIP ONLY (this means products that are manufactured wrong such as missing threads, non-fitting tool tips, or parts that arrived to the customer that show damage are covered – not parts damaged after being used). The limited warranty only applies to Integy-branded products.
Our limited warranty is a repair or exchange on a send-first basis. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items and cost to insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. All items sent to us will be subject to a warranty inspection before any action is taken. We do not accept just photos for warranty claims. Accepted warranties will be repaired or replaced at our expense. Our warranty exchange only applies to identical components. Item substitutions or store credit may be offered if the original item is discontinued or out of stock, at our discretion.
We do not issue any refunds for warranty claims. Warranties are processed Monday-Friday usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. All Warranty returns will be shipped to the original order shipping address we have on file. If a warranty is denied, customer will be contacted about a Replacement Plan offer and/or other possible resolutions.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY
Items that are not covered by our warranty policy are listed below:
• Items that show signs of installation, assembly, or modification
• Items worn down through normal usage
• Cosmetic damage once an item is being used
• Chemical or liquid items such as shock oils, diff fluids, grease, etc.
• Opened box ARTR / RTR vehicles
• Items sent beyond 30-days from the order date
• Items listed as “one of a kind" or "scratch/dent”
• Tool tips broken during usage
• Items previously repaired/modified by the user
• Items attempted to be repaired/modified by the user
• Variations in color between different part numbers
• Third party branded products
3RD PARTY BRANDED PRODUCTS
Products sold through this website that do not bear the INTEGY brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products (including products that are not Integy-branded but packaged or sold with Integy products). Please contact the manufacturer directly for any after-sales technical support and/or manufacturer warranty service.
In some cases we may be able to offer limited repair/replacement services for 3rd-party branded items (subject to availability).

BASIC PREP BEFORE INSTALLATION
All INTEGY products will require some prep out of the package; some items are partially assembled for packaging purposes only, and may require standard prep before installation and usage, such as shimming for proper alignment, checking tightness of all components and fasteners, installing your own shock oil, anti-seize, thread lock, or grease. Do not just install the item out of the package; check, adjust, and set/reset all new items when taken out of the package. Remember to check the mfg. web site for product compatibility when ordering multiple items.
INSTRUCTIONS/INCLUDED HARDWARE
INTEGY products are designed for experienced RC enthusiasts. Unless included with the product itself, most of our products do not include instructions. Not all products include installation hardware; due to factory supply delays beyond our control, certain products may appear slightly different from what is originally shown in the product photos. Any alternates will be compatible and will not affect the functionality of the product. Parts are for specified usage only. We do not guarantee product compatibility with other aftermarket branded products.
The customer is responsible for any product assembly/disassembly, any set-up and adjustment, and periodic maintenance.
