4. Return Shipping Costs (Deduction Policy)

While we provide a convenient prepaid label, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, no deduction will be made, but we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [3] business days.
