My team around Australia uses about 30 trolleys each day for work.  For years we were forever pumping, patching and replacing pump-up wheels on our trolleys.  We push and pull gear that weighs more than 100kgs all the time.  We use to have trolley graveyards in our warehouses where the only issues were the flat tyres.

One day after a dash to Bunnings we decided to put solid tyres on.  We have contemplated about putting solids on in the past but we thought that our trolleys would not work as well on grass or gravel or through backyards and tight spaces.

WE WERE WRONG. The trolley works better and we do not have to fear about getting a flat any longer.

WHY OURS WORKS BETTER: This is because our solid tyres are still a little spongy.  They are not as solid as wheels that may have been on a fridge trolley or welder trolley and so on.  There are still people selling those ones here on eBay.  Mine are made so that they have a small feeling of air still without the flat issue.  MINE ARE THE BEST and work best for trolleys.

I am sure you’re getting flats just because the trolley goes on the wrong angle with weight.  Or it goes flat because it sits outside too long or hitting gutters and so on.  All these issues have been solved once we started to put solid tyres on them and it will solve yours as well.

About 3 years ago we started to manufacture and import our own tyres with a few modifications to make sure they would last longer again.  Buy off our company as we e are a family owned Australian company and we use these products all over Australia in our own business so we know they work.

BEARINGS ARE ALL REPLACEABLE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES LATER.  OTHERS HERE ON EBAY HAVE SEALED BEARINGS THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED.  JUST ANOTHER WAY THE AUSSIE DEVELOPERS ARE MAKING IT EASIER FOR YOU LATER.

I have included also the little things like replacement washers and split pins to make sure your job is finished well and without trying to fit old parts. As we are an Australian business we understand the product so we supply the parts for the entire service.

The wheels are supplied with the advertised BORE size either directly in the bearing or a steel BUSH reducing it to the advertised size

Couriers

-         If you select the Courier listing that shows 1-6 days then this is an ebay option we can’t change.  Our experience shows 1-6 days is just the major metro ears of East Coast.  Other areas can take 2 to 5 days longer with country WA taking the longest. 

-         If you need it in a hurry then take the express post option where 1-3 days it is in most areas of Australia
