3 Years / 100,000km*
whichever comes first.
*Subject to Dayco warranty terms.

Exclusions for Dayco Timing Belt/Timing Belt Kit Warranty and Dayco Warranty:

Neither the Dayco Warranty nor the Dayco Timing Belt/Timing Belt Kit Warranty applies
to any product, part, timing belt or timing belt kit:

• if the Buyer does not follow the Dayco warranty process as provided in clause 6 of the Dayco Warranty Statement. (which sets out what the Buyer must do in order to claim under the Dayco Timing Belt/Timing Belt Kit Warranty or Dayco Warranty);

• if Installation or maintenance of the relevant product, part, timing belt or timing belt kit has been carried out by a person other than a Qualified Mechanic.

• if installation or maintenance of the relevant product, part, timing belt or timing belt kit has been carried out other than strictly in accordance with the vehicle manufacture's specifications.

• if the relevant defect was caused by the Buyer, or the Buyer's failure to take reasonable steps to prevent the defect.

• if the timing belt kit is installed in a vehicle that is not specified by Dayco. (Installed in a vehicle that is not listed in the "Vehicle Applications" table above).

• The Dayco Warranty does not apply to any product or parts that were not manufactured by Dayco or one of its related bodies corporate.

The warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the
defective Dayco product only,
to the maximum value of timing belt kit cost.
All other costs or damage associated with the defective product
is not covered under this warranty.

Returns

Returns are happily accepted if the item returned back meets these conditions:

• Item is returned in original brand new condition

• All pieces have been returned

• Original packaging is returned, undamaged

• Item is returned within 30 days of purchase

Note: A restocking fee may apply

The return will not be accepted if:

Parts are used, missing, modified or damaged
Packaging is damaged

Please check parts carefully before fitment to vehicle

Payment must be made at the time of purchase

Sorry Bank Deposits, Money Orders, Cheques and other methods of payment are not accepted.

Postage

This item will be sent by Australia Post.

Our standard service is Australia Post Parcel Post (with Tracking)

If you are not home at time of delivery, the item may be sent to your local post office for pickup,
the driver will put a card in your mailbox so you know it is waiting and ready to pick it up at the post office.

As soon as the item is posted a tracking number will be supplied, and can be found
in your ebay "Won/Purchased" section.

Items will be sent usually within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon-Fri).
In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive.
If you haven't received it after 10 days please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.

Item will not be sent until full payment has been received.
