ScalesOnline is a subsidiary of Scales World Ltd. - A company dedicated to producing the highest quality weighing scales to the industry.

Our company was formed in 1974 and has succeeded in becoming one of the best industrial type weighing scale suppliers in the UK.

We have established ourselves with a number of quality products ranging from industrial beam scales to pallet truck scales, small balances and now fork truck scales.

Based at Kettering, the heart of the UK's manufacturing and distribution network, we are perfectly located to serve home customers.

All our scales are brand new! We do not sell second hand scales, returns or graded stock. You can buy from us with confidence.

Payment

Payment will be required within 48 hours of auction end and can be made via  PayPal, Credit/Debit card or Bacs/Bank transfer. Please phone us on the number provided in the Business Seller Information at the bottom of the item description or EBay email us for your payment requirements with your full contact details i.e. name and telephone number and we will call you by return.

Currently, all our prices on eBay include VAT at the current rate.

A VAT receipt is sent out with all our goods for your records.

Shipping and returns information

All goods ordered from us are typically shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00PM on a next day delivery service via Interlink.

If you live outside of the UK Mainland, which covers Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Offshore Islands, please allow 3-5 days delivery as we will send out via the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service to keep costs down.

Once an order has been placed you will be kept up to date on the status of your order through email.

For items that are no longer required or not to the users liking, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Only then will you receive a refund.

For items that are delivered damaged or non-working, we will endeavour to send you out a replacement immediately and collect the damaged item at the same time. Please report receipt of damaged goods to us immediately and if applicable sign the couriers paperwork as item damaged.

Refunds are at the discretion of company management.
