This item for sale is a Victorian antique, hand carved shell cameo, gold over 800 silver pin / pendant in excellent used condition, no cracks. The design os of Madonna Mary. The item weighs 10.2 grams. The pin measures just under 1.75 inches tall and almost 1.5 inches across.  A great addition to your collection.
