I think these were sold at Star Trek Conventions in 1980's after the movie release.

About 3 high and 4.5" across and near mint/ Mint condition, and never applied.

This is a sturdy cloth iron on type of jacket or hat patch.

This one is in great shape, this is very nice, near but not perfect..
